Please be careful if placing any bets on the next elimination market via Oddschecker as the seemingly generous odds on Belle Amie are in fact for the 6th eviction. Being unaware whether next eviction was 5th or 6th is apparently tough and the delightful oddsmakers and 'duty customer service manager' Viv**n basically informed me that it was tough s*** and against their rules to cancel a bet. I said I was very happy to switch across to their miserly 9-4 next elimination (actual price) but bless their cotton socks they were not even prepared to consider this option. Apart from being amazingly rude and dismissive to a longstanding customer and demonstrating diabolical customer service 'skills' am I really being that unreasonable? If Viv**n worked for most organisations she would face disciplinary action for treating a customer this way. End of rant...

my broadband provider CHAT CHAT is on par with your customer services. yes sir will call you back 3-5 days,no reply.called after 5 days, sorry sir we are aware of your problem and will call you back after 7 days.no reply call again,sorry we didnt call back back we have actually sorted the problem but forgot to advise you. yes but you have sorted a problem which wasnt even a problem. ok sorry sir we are now properly aware of your problem and will call you back within 28 days

You can't blame fredericks for that. I just checked the problem and it does take you through to the wrong market but does show on the betslip that it is in fact the 6th eviction. It's 1.01 that GolfPro is an arber and had already laid the bet back on Fair Bet!!! [smiley:crazy]

I wonder if the OP is still moaning about this now given he'll have a much better price now on Belle Amie for the 6th Elim. Plus naming peoples names on a forum, what a sad case.

Think freds have done well of late on reality markets plenty to go at and a low overround, I do think they stick to their guns a bit too much when sometimes a common sense approach should prevail.
