I saw the video of the person she had meant to have ripped off for  her audition and Cher is miles better.
She may not be very likeable and the claims of originality, as always on this show, are sh1te, but the girl clearly has talent.
I love her voice in parts of hard knock life and unlike most of the acts she has genuine stage presence.

FFS figgy leave Lambert alone, he is easily the greatest contestant of any talent/singing contest ever.

Maybe your part of the bible bashing, homophobic, country and western loving American clique that stopped him winning and gave us Kris Allen instead. [;)]

If that is going to be Heartless then I concur that it was brilliant but that was by far his highest point where as Lambert was fantastic week after week.

I know you are none of those things figgy but those are the reasons Lambert didnt win as that demographic always decides who wins american idol every year.

btw I quite like Lambert. A very likeable guy and some of the stuff he did on AI was excelent. Most of what I've heard since has been sh1te....and what I really didn't like is the hype that surrounded him, claiming he was the new Freddie Mercury and other such nonsense.

Yep, I'm not sure it was a homophobic vote that did for him, more of a pro Good Sourthern boy vote.

I think Lambert would have beaten the dreadful Danny Gokey in a head to head very easily.
