He'll probably get about £1500 for that. Not bad for a night's work eh? Who do you think will win X Factpor this year. Let's hear now ................ no aftertiming. |
|

i might wait until next year's show to say who i think might win.
did i mention that i backed leona, rhydian, alexandra and joe all to win? obviously i layed off my rhydian bet at 1.14 though. |

Difference is I tell everyone in week 1 who I've backed and stick with it. I'm not a liar believe me. I will back my choice after the first week because I'm not sure if there will be one or possibly even four more runners and riders. So who do you think will win this year for the second time of asking? |

it's nice to think of young jamie doing his gig for the st anne's locals, silk hanky in his back pocket, flares wafting in the late summer breeze, afro sitting smugly on his head, microphone pointed out letting the whole crowd sing sex on fire with him.
in the words of the boss, glory days! |
|
By:
Yes and getting his £1500 for it. Awful business isn't it. What are you Gym, a postman, binman?
|
|
By:
not a clue who'll win. it's not about backing the winner, it's about backing when too big, and laying when too short. like last year, i don't particularly like any of the contestants.
i'm not sure i'd even watch this sh!te if you couldn't bet on it. having said that i have a 14/1 ticket on rebecca, which is obviously value although i've no idea if she'll win. in addition there are the usual few who definitely cannot win possibly win (like archer last year!). |

Aftertiming on Rebecca? 14/1 you say now she's 4/1?? |
|
By:
i'm a bit of both. i put garbage through people's letterboxes.
do you really think he got 1500 quid for that? i wouldn't be able to say either way, but i'd be selling at 1500 for sure. out of interest, how much do you think it would cost to book the cheeky girls for a 5 or 6 song set in brighton? |
|
By:
yep i got some 14/1 about her. i'll let you know at some point in the future at what price i layed it off - but it'll probably be at the shortest price she touched on here, before elimination.
having said that if she ends up winning it, i doubt i'd have layed it off. probably just let it ride, like. |

Same price as for a manage a trois. nap

Jamie: Yes my guess would be he got that much. Cheeky Girls: About £1000 |
|
By:
£300
archer wouldn't have got more than a grand. not when there were other bands on and tickets at 20 a pop. |
|
By:
He'll spend most of that on flea remover

Fair enough you've got your guess and I've got mine. I would be quite sure he got more than a grand and possibly 2 grand. Ticket sales aren't his problem. If half a dozen people turn up he'll be on a set fee. My guess being £1500. |
|

i somehow doubt that a community gaelic sports club who will be organising these events as part of their fundraising would be offering him a £1500 fee, unless they knew they could cover it with the audience size. 1500 would be wildly optimistic. i'd doubt they'd have offered him that.

Fair enough Gym let's leave it at that. You say eether I say ither.

Phone you as Lucie Jones's agent. See how much they offer you.
If it's £1500, then probably Archer got a tenner ![]() |
