Trainers need to start now on a horse’s blood count level 2 win this year’s Melbourne Cup 2014
Hundreds of hopefuls are starting their training programs to win this year’s Melbourne Cup in November.
Trainers MUST maintain a balanced fitness levels of:
1. Blood Count
2. Power and Strength
3. Fitness
Then on the 1st Tuesday in November your horse can peak 100% fittest on the day to win with added greathypertrophic fitness, rating 100% peak fitness.
It is so important to get it right because on Cup day I have seen for 30 years, 90% of trainers always miss peak fitness levels on the day that counts the most, Cup Day!
I rate about 6 horse each year in the Melbourne Cup 99% - 100% Super fit, and they are always the first group across the line.
That means that 18 horses have missed the boat in 100% peak fitness and finish down the track.
If want to give your owners the best chance to be part of history, now is the time to get things in place.
What your horse should look like now:
1. 17 Blood/94% fit
2. Show NO RIBS, or u may as well spell the horse right now.
You must have your horse over weight (10 – 15kg) for fuel to work on to turn into power and strength factors and then muscle on muscle
Hypertrophic fitness on Cup day.
If your horse is too lean, you have made serious errors and it will NOT last the next 3 months.
Blood Count Levels.
Your horse NOW needs to be 17 Blood (17 x 5 = 85% Blood Count Rating)
On its 1st start it MUST BE 18 Blood at least (90%) no less or you are starting TOO FAR behind the 8 ball.
4 weeks out:
Your horse needs to rating now 19 blood (95%), NOT 100% because all horses can only stay on peak blood counts (20 = 100%) for 2-3 weeks and then it all falls away.
You have to build up your blood counts gradually as your horse gets fitter, keep it all balanced and peaking evenly every day.
10 days out.
Now is the time to get serious about winning the Melbourne Cup.
Sitting on either 18 or 19 blood u need to boost this up to 20/100% Blood Count, PLUS maintain Power and Strength factors.
Many trainers work their horses too hard 4-7 days before the big race and have peaked too early.
I thought Black Caviar peaked in fitness on the Tuesday’s nice trail before it’s struggling win at Royal Ascot.
She looked spot on Tuesday and tapered off slightly @ Royal Ascot.
She only lost 1 length (99% fit) but that was enough to make her work harder and fall in.
Sure you can race on the Saturday before the Cup on the Tuesday, but u must have your Blood, Power and Strength factors in order.
Then on Cup you are rating 100% blood, 100% Power & Strength, 100% Fitness and 100% Hypertrophic fitness levels.
With 1% = 1 length, if you go down x a head on 99% fit, u have lost $AU3 million, so balance out your fitness and get your Blood Counts spot on.
First Up In The Cup.
The imports try and do this year after year and many fail, not because of Strength and Power factors because the horse may not of started for 3-4 months, but it is the low BLOOD COUNTS levels that does not allow the horse enough oxygen to sustain its power/energy fitness to keep its muscles going to surge forward over the concluding 300 metres to win.
I am here to help you win this year’s Melbourne Cup.
