have all had the same tactical plan, stay 1 down until 5 mins from the end then try your b000099ll9x off for 5 mins to  make it 1-1.belgium were the worst opffenders. 1 -0 down after 8 mins , no shot on goal in  the next 82, then a late five minute bit of pressure at the end, got what they deserved. I can fully understand not being able to turn the 1 goal deficit around, I even accept that few shots on goal may come from pressure but surely they should have been going  for it at least 25 mins earlier.england were no great shakes I accept that , but at least they were pushing for a goal prior to going behind and even more so after losing the first goal, England obviously have to improve a bit at the back but at least they were trying their best to score even if we have to say without great players.
