I believe Tony Krul should have been booked for his gamesmanship last night. My question is - what happens if a goalkeeper receives a second yellow card during a penalty shoot-out? Are his team allowed to use an outfield player as a sub goalkeeper?

If a goalkeeper is sent off he shall be replaced by a player who finished the match

rubbish his gamesmanship was fine no different to the penalty taker stuttering and stopping during run up

thought for some time this gamesmanship for keepers should be heavily punished - as it stands benefits for a keeper saving shots and seen to be the hero of the hour are massive compared to potential downside

What about if excessive gamesmanship referee can award successful penalty to the taker? keepers would soon stop if that is risk

same for moving off the line - brazil keeper jumped miles off line for first chile pen and got away with it. Appreciate if insisted keeper stayed on line would prob end up with 11-10 to winners and advertisers going mad, but as it stands a retake is insufficient punishment and worth the risk to keeper to try it on - again award successful pen to the taker on grounds he would have scored if keeper hadn't narrowed the angle so much

The whole penalty thing is farcical.  No goalkeeper stays on his line. It is a ridiculous rule and impossible to implement.

Suggestion.

Allow the keepers to come off their line at any time but must not go outside 6 yard box - if they do, automatic goal.
