I think there is a case for this. The Italian defender cannot have had his mind on the game and then they scored. FIFA should make a real stand on this and throw Uruguay out imo. Children should see this outfit as losers.

Why should the other players suffer? Ban Suarez for a year imo..
You can't throw a side out, just for 1 stupid player and I agree ban Saurez, for longer than a year. His conduct on the pitch, is a disgrace to the game.

I get your point Howard, also by not sending him off and reducing Uruguay to 10 men completely changed the course of that game from that point on. The way Suarez team mates have behaved in defending him, denying anything happened and blaming everyone from the British press to Chiellini himself, I think they deserve nothing less.
Silly to suggest throwing a team out - that's like saying every ref miss of a bad tackle etc should result in the team thrown out. There'd be no team left with this bunch of clowns reffing matches!
Uruguay should be thrown out of the world cup and Suarez banned from any form of football for 2 years.
Italian defender Claudio Gentile used to pinch and bite players when the ref wasn't watching in 1982 and guess which country won the World cup that year? You have no chance now of getting away with anything because of the cameras but and rightly so but its utter hypocrisy that the Italians are making such a fuss
