One thing, is for sure, is that Italy will not be wanting a draw from the Costa Rica game, because Italy would have 4 points, Uruaguay 3 points and Costa Rica 4 points. Uruaguay beat Italy and Costa Rica  only have to beat or draw, with the weakest team in the group, to go through, with Italy out.
