if Italy game was first and Italy won they would.  As it stands definitely no.

No, because assuming Italy beat Costa Rica, this would guarantee Italy's qualification and would therefore give Uruguay a better chance of beating them in the last match (as Italy will rest players)

definitely not, they would rather play for the three points

No because England are physically incapable of hammering teams so if it goes to GD we are fooked.

a draw wouldn't be the worst result, but I think this Uruguay side is nothing special, so we should be looking for the win. Hopefully Suarez will play, because no matter what he says, no way will he be fit enough, and it'll be like playing with ten men (if you count Cavani)

Draw means even if they beat Costa Rica qualification would be out of their hands - i.e. they would be dependent on other results to progress?

Costa Rica only have 3 points, England could qualify with 4, although very very unlikely. Would England take a draw, probably, but for me if they don't win they will be OUT

A point seems good now.
