WC England Refund - How the hell to use it

Select your bet, tick box should appear under your bet on the slip, enter a stake and confirm from there. Had to enter a stake before the confirm option appeared.

I was in the Exchange part that's why there was no checkbox. Person on the chat put me right. Thanks for your reply.
