I just don't see the problem here. Lovren has his hands all over Oscar right in front of the referee. He may not have impeded him that much, but he did enough to prevent Oscar to the ball. Clear penalty. If you want to point a finger, point it at Lovren for giving Oscar the excuse to go down.
Fred jumped down. The hand on his arm wasn't stopping him from doing anything.
The David Luiz tackle later on was a stone wall penalty but I doubt the Ref wanted to spend the next 4 weeks looking over his shoulder.

players have their hands round each other 50 times a game. theres often nowhere else to put your hands/arms. you put your hands out to shield your goal from the player turning. make yourself big. it should only be a foul if you drag/pull him to the ground or tug him back from getting away from you. which he didnt. if anything, fred pushed the defender down. he backed into him then fell down on purpose.

NO PK imo The only think that Fred did all night to aid the team Worst centre f Brazil have ever had don't know what price Brazil are now, but the 3s on offer before the off is very short on last nights showing. They got lucky on a few counts imo.

Doh. It was of course Fred. But, my point is that Lovren gave him the excuse to fall down, and he did pull him a bit, and it was enough to convince the ref. If he hadn't had his hands there it wouldnt have happened.
