1-1 Correct Score Market

Wonder if anyone can help me. I'm looking for an article on the scoreline of 1-1 in the group stages of the world cup. I remeber reading it a few months back but can't seem to put my finger on it now.

It was a stats based article stating that placing fixed stake betting on all 24 group games c/s of 1-1 would double your initial outlay.
