I think Uruguay are the most overrated team at this world cup.
They have some very decent forwards in Suarez and Cavani BUT bear in mind their midfield and defence is nothing special. The fact that they barely qualified for the world cup * beating Jordan in the playoffs and came in 5th place in south american qualifying should tell you all you need to know. Another telling statistic is that that the population of Uruguay is only 3.4 million... they have a very small pool of quality players. I dont expect them to get beyond the quarter final.. in fact no surprise if England and Italy qualify and uruguay go on in the first round |
