The Golden Boot is the Top Goalscorer. Therefore going by the new Fifa rules in the event of a tie, Muller is the winner. Betfair and a few other firms seem to have their own rules.

bookmakers (in general) bet on top goalscorer rather than Golden Boot so it's a four way dead heat

I would think bookies would be happy to go along with the tournaments new system and pay out on Muller, can't see the majority of money being on him.

Also they all did 4 or 5 places at the start, you cannot do place if there is only going to be the one guarenteed official winner, the only way would be that all were dead heat rules apply on the number they score. |
