More a question of if you think Dutch are too short at 1.35 to get past Uruguay.

Assuming you were refering to their outright price.

Look I ill lose on the dutch but I am letting it ride.
I am not taking the odds to square up my book on the dutch. Played no one of significance with respect and got lucky with Brasil. I will let Spain and Argentina play me into the green I think |

i have a big position on the dutch fancy them to win it

the dutch cant be short - its a well known fact they re the tallest nation in the world.
|

the Dutch are a longer prices in the S/F then Germany, Spain or Argerntina..yet the ducth are 1.35 to make Final

By:
Wildone...you will be letting spain, Arg play you into green in the final...

Got lucky with Brazil?
![]() More like, having not got out of second gear in the tournament so far, they took a while to find their feet against the first decent team they faced. Once they did, there was only one winner. They remind me a lot of the German team from Italia 90, although I doubt that they will find a team as limited as that Argentinian side awaiting them in the final. Nonetheless, I think it would pay to have them onside. |

Dutch have come in shorter after Spain and German victories.
Cannot understand this! Must be a lot of dutch with too much money ha ha. Spain or Germany will save me . At least Spain and Germany will come in as the Dutch blows when the risk of Dutch exit is realised even by a shootout gets rammed home |
|
By:
The dutch on average are actually some of the tallest people on the planet. Wait, I may have misunderstood the question.
|
|
By:
I am thinking possible conspiracy.
FIFA won't let third referee ad video in. Maybe later after world cup Hmmm many referee blunders and interference in games . Could be a upset Dutch would cup from a decision??? Hhhmmmm I wonderrrr Maybe some know something I don't!! |
|
By:
Wildone could be on to something.
But before we lump on, how can we be sure that Fifa is rigging it for the Dutch rather than the Uruguayans, Germans or Spanish? |

Just follow the money! and perceived under value

Holland should be favourites - facing Uraguay to reach the final with no Suarez, and can beat either of the other two in the final.
|

surely holland represent favs at the semi stage, they are 1.35 to make final altho thats probably a bit too short but then cant be bigger than 5/4ish to win the cup from there.spain v germany is pretty much a coin flip, if anything germany have looked the better team yet spain are slightly shoter priced than the dutch.i have no position outright if i had to have a bet it would be utaguat at thge price, id make em no bigger than 9/4 i the semis and the same i the final and are available at 16s somewhere.i guess the best move is to lay spain and germany based on if holland or germany make final cant be bad nick .

the dutch have looked as good as anyone imo in their own way. other than 20 mins against brazil they have dominated every game for me.. never looked in real trouble for any length of time and have been stronger in defence (maybe due to de jong and van bommel) thanppl thought..

The Dutch have done enough no more, but their defence is superb. Have not lost a game for how many is it now? Fancy them to go all the way!
|
|
By:
Dutch creaked against both Slovaks and Brazil. Both times should have conceded more than the one goal. Their back four has a couple of mistakes in it and I reckon Forlan could come good in the semi. Suarez and Lugano (if he doesnt make it) are big losses for Uruguay but De Jong is arguably a bigger loss for Holland.

By:
I think Germany will take them easy if both make the final.
I actually think Germany could be the bet of the tournie but I will go with the exotics |

Only danger Holland faced so far was 0-1 against Brazil (due in no small part to Mathijsen getting injured in the warm-up and Ooijer replacing him -> miscommunication -> big gap -> Melo...). For the rest, they've been getting it done since 2008. Unspectacular but effective. Only one goal conceded in open play (the aforementioned). Two penalty goals conceded, one of no significance as play was being called at 93'. Rated 2nd through 4th for years now. Very likely to advance to the final, esp. with Suarez out.
Yet market prices them behind Spain and Germany? Spain has been unconvincing, lost to Switzerland. Germany has been great, but lost its one game against a solid defense. Is Holland really going to be 2.5 against the survivor of these two teams, after it has its easier match with an extra day of rest? Maybe I won't be laying off after all. |

Looks like a fix could be on.
No suspicions if dutch pass uraguay. Spain and Germany way better than dutch. Decision here or there in final match will cause drama but no conspiracy concerns as precedents already set. Dutch easier run . Far more difficult to do fix for Spain or Germany as too many variables. If video coming in later fix might be on given the odds! |
