If harry redknapp was manager would he drop lampard, given the family connections?

Would he give youth a chance and would he be able to find 11, never mind 23, players capable of giving their heart and soul to the cause. He seems to have built his reputation on signing a relatively unknown player for some far flung place and getting him to score a sack full of goals. He couldn't do that with the England job, but i don't think the FA would ever give it to him as he doesn't seem to be much of a YES man.
