If Footballers salary was capped at £30K a week would be get a better bunch of English players?

Why are you so generous. £30k a year would be too much. The country is having to tighten it's belt while these under achievers are paid a king's ransom every week. Wouldn't mind if they made us happy but all they do is make us angry with their arrogant, ignorant attitude, flaunting their wealth whilst Joe Bloggs struggles to pay his utility bills and feed his family. It makes me sick and this world cup has been the last straw. As for the hangers on, pundits etc don't get me started on that one.

Money has already killed the game in the Britain. Think of the gap between the richest and poorest professional clubs as an elastic band  stretched so far it had to snap. It killed the game in Italy, hardly anyone goes to watch Serie A games. Inter won the champions league but without any italians in the team. The fans in this country can fix it immediately. If every fan got together and turned up at a game with ten quid AND POINT BLANK REFUSED TO PAY ANY MORE then the club would have to accept ten quid admission fee. The poor players would have to live on 10k a week instead of 100k but the game would come back to the people. At the moment football has become a game for the rich, i mean come on for a family to attend a premier league game costs a small fortune.
