Germany were about 12 before they qualified, but have been drifting ever since, currently at 15.5, why is this?

Probably due to their run in, after beating England they have Argentina (most probably), after that game in the semis it'll be Spain if they make it through, then Brazil in the final if they make it.

Really is a tough side of the draw to be involved in.

Also media reports of injuries to Bastian (not going to attempt to spell his second name off the top of my head).

Now is the time to bet like men.

Germany have some injury worries, but the forgotten man Klose will be back.

Basically all the recent money will be for Holland & Brazil as on the (easier) side of the draw!

That sides teams have all shortened, Uruguay, USA in particular, as England and Germany would have to beat 4 of the top 8 teams to win it, that is why the big drift!

Current price of 16 is too big though considering the price of England at 13.5 and Argentina at 6.

It's patriotism gone mad again. Noone wants to bet them to beat England.

Should be a couple of points shorter at 14 imo with England around 15 15 and the Argies about 6.6

Well the 16 I took on Germany looks quite good now doesn't it?
