The altitude thoery makes sense. 50% of shots on target at sea level, only 24% at altitude on target.
1.62 is too short for England to score more goals than USA. Rooney was very quiet on Saturday and Heskey can't score coupled with England's goal keeping problems and lack of depth in defence I see England finishing about even on goal difference. USA have a more stable keeper in Howard and their attack looks more potent than England. I have USA at 4.6 to win group purely for value. I think this market should be more like England 1.8, USA 2.3 with a bit of overround for the other two. |

think i'd have to say the England offensive is a bit better than what the USA have to offer, true Rooney could use a goal but I hope when barry returns we play 5 in midfield and do a bit more on the floor (without heskey)

far from certain the usa will win both games anyway. they ain't full of goals at the best of games and different ball game when you have to make the running in games which they will in these

Heskey blamed the new ball for his shot going straight at the keeper in the USA match.
It went where you hit it, Emile.Strangely, he could be England's top scorer if he is first choice every match. |

If Heskey is top scorer we are fooked,he wont get more than one,and thats being generous!!

great bet imo, as usa wont beat slovenia & england will win their last 2 matches

Well we SHOULD beat them both, but from what i have seen i would not take those odds, not worth the worry.Just sit back and watch, thats bad enough without money riding on it at short odds!!
