for some reason i find myself more gutted for Drogba than I do for Rio. Was really looking forward to watching ivory coast do a good job and cant see that happening without him....
I wouldnt be surprised if the Rio injury is a blessing in disguise as we all know he is a shodow of his former self and i cant remember last time King didnt make me sit up and take notice |

great news for me - backed Gerrard for captain at 9.8 when Terry was stripped of armband. May even lay him now 1.1 just in case he follows suit

I think its for the best, he hasn't been good for a while. better now than 35 mins into the USA game. Rio at his peak , a major loss, this version, not so much
