use think uve got the divine right to win the world cup and your completly arrogant use cant play as a team use a crowd of individuals thats ur problem any south american team will teach use a football lesson and use dont understand every one wants to beat englans so badly

Errr, no one I've spoken to thinks England have a devine right to win it.
Any South American team will teach us a football lesson? What like Argentina? They've got the most unstable manager in the history of International football. Veron starts? Guitterez starts? No Cambiasso or Zanetti? The England hatters have their view of our World Cup chances blurred by an irrational hatred. Their enthusiasm to back us not to win it at 1/7 is absurd given the absence of any class team on our side of the draw until the semi's. I'm still waiting for a hatter to put an argument together for which team is going to knock us out before the Semi's.... |

Underestimating Algeria? Ireland done them 3-0 the other night.
Germany - a painfully average team, minus their best player. You cannot unerestimate the absence of Ballack, 98 caps, 42 goals, dragged them to the final in '02 and has been their talisman for nearly a decade. We're better than Germany all over the pitch and in Capello have a superior manager. Ghana - again have lost their star player. Did not look any great shakes in the African Nations. Serbia will be solid, hard to break down, but do you really expect them to knock England out? They wont. But I tell you what Devlin, if you want to worry your little self about England getting to the quarter finals then you do that dear boy. It's plain sailing until the last 8, even then I don't mind playing Argentina or France. Ah..... get the deck chairs out. |

England have no chance whatsoever, played off the park by Mexico, and got lucky with 2 ogs against the japs, will be lucky to progress to the knockout stages, and with shreks temper he wont be round long.

But a word of advice young man, please keep your money in your pocket this summer and refrain from gambling. Quite simply you have no idea whatsoever. England will be lucky to progress to the knockout stages? No, no, that's where your wrong young Splicer. One will stroll not just to the knockout stages, but to the quarter finals. You seem to have forgot the score in the 2 previous games. Point to luck all you like. England didn't turn up, played a number of fringe players and subs yet still beat 2 teams in the World Cup. Enjoy watching England stroll through Mr Keats. |

england only play well against the so called better sides, so they could go out quite quickly. It is a very very open World Cup this year, but we haven't got good enough players to go all the way

England will not win the world cup. Here are my reasons -
* They do not have a world class keeper * Terry and Ferdinand have had average seasons to say the least(if either get injured which could easily happen you have King who I think is better than both but I do not think he can play so many games in a short period of time. Oh and they have Jamie Carragher & Upson, do I need to comment. * Who will they start in the middle of the park? Gerrard & Lampard have never worked well together. You can put Gerrard on the left where he is wasted. You then have Barry who is hugely over rated, he has done nothing at City this season. Carrick has had a brutal season for Utd and has been very poor in the friendlies. There is also Milner who I think is a decent player but I would be surprised if he starts to be honest * Up front they have Rooney who is world class but they do not have a top class striker to partner him. Also there is the chance he could get injured after a very busy and long season. The fact that Heskey is even in the squad really says it all. All of the above is welcome to constructive criticism not just to be shot down. |

We have not won a competition in 40 odd years, how you think that makes you think, we think, we have a divine right to win it is beyond me.
