Welcome to the official Buskateers website for our adventure across Europe and through Africa for the 2010 world cup to support England!
The idea like many was dreamt up in a pub but unlike many, this one appears to actually be happening. The website will be changing daily so please log on regularly and check the update pages.
We are currently collecting English Football shirts from all divisions, so if you have any old football strips that you would like to donate to the cause please send them to our "Bus Planning Depot" 14 - 15**reed Lane, New Romney, Kent. TN28 8TN.
Mmmm. A lovely two-story house for an African family. Whoever dreamt up this idea has not travelled in Africa. It would work if they sent the bus to Cape Town on a ship. Does anyone know what beer they were drinking that night. I might get in some for World Cup TV viewing.

Are these lads Englandfans members or are they just going for the crack?
Have they been to Africa before, best of luck to them. I'll be there but will be flying. Some lads drove to Kazak for the qualifier did not look my cup of tea. They said in places the road just turned to dirt and potholes.
I went to an England meeting in sheffield the other day, head of security for the FA was there, he told us not to drive anywhere because the roads in SA were so bad.
I can see them being worse in TOGO etc.
Hope it goes well, but can see them ditching the bus at some point

I went through the jungle in Bolivia on a bus, it went over the border illegally. It was like a rollercoaster, the worst journey of my life. The bus had massive wheels and absolutely shed loads of them.
The drivers set off all smart and got there covered in mud as we had to be digged out 4 times.
These boys ant got a clue what they are getting themselves into. Africa will be on a par if not worse.
