Glen Johnson is not a good enough defender; serious doubts over fitness of A.Cole and Ferdinand. So I'd personally go for:
Gerrard Terry M.Richards Warnock

Better to play Gerrard at right back rather than left mid if Capello is going to persist with Barry and Lampard in the centre. Rest assured, Gerrard would be a ten-time better right back than any other England player touted for that position.
Micah Richards would be better suited playing in the centre. Him and Warnock are both quality players; I have no doubt they would prove themselves up to the task.

Beckham at right back?

Would get some good crosses in..
