an would this be played at the same time as world cup which would not do much for viewing figures etc. or if before or after would just mean more fixture congestion

It could be played during the same period in different time zones so matches do not collide :).
I thought that this was what the Afriican Nations was?
Scotland..eire..N iron and wales will generate more viewers and sponsor deals than Honduras FACT
