Belhadj, Yebda, Bougherra and Bouazza are out of the question because they already play in Britain, and are therefore not exotic enough.

That should be sign enough though that a couple of good games in the World Cup do not a player make. Look at El Hadji Diouf, Aliou Cisse, Henri Camara, Salif Diao, Youssef Chippo and Mustapha Hadji - all African players that arrived in England not too long after a World Cup, then didn't deliver as was hoped.

So.... Abdoun and Mansouri, but not for Man City. Maybe Bolton or Wigan. :D

For some reason I had it in my head that you asked '...sign from the Algeria squad'. :^0

Still, good to have that covered eh.

Honduras might be good for the plucking with the new names we'll be learning from their team-sheets.

Decent for Coventry, and I liked having them as Fantasy Football makeweights, but did they really shine? Seem to remember them being injured fairly often. :)
