Good bets to reach the 1/4s and perhaps semis
Always a dark horse. Coached well and historically always get out of their group and often beyond
Vela could score a few and will be backing them at a price for a few quid

fancy Mexico strongly to top group. Would be more confident if Pavel Pardo and Nery Castillo were both in squad.

el chicharito is a massive player and will blast them to the top of their group :)

just noticed they've announced a 24 man preliminary squad, which seems a bit unfair on the poor sod who doesnt get to go.

i was thinking the same mate. noticed france have done the same.
the only way it could be worse is if they announced who is the unlucky 24th player at the checkout desk at the airport!!

I think the French (and presumably the Mexicans too) have named their 23-man fianl squad with the 24th player being back-up for a player who, due to injury, isn't quite 100% certain to make it.
