Canada is the best in the world at curling, men and women.

It's common knowledge in Canada that it's tougher to beat all the Canadian teams just for the right to represent Canada, then it is to play anyone else in the world.

The 10th best team in Canada is probably the 10th best team in the world.

Canada may lose tonight and tomorrow, anyone can lose a 1 off, but 1.6 or so against Sweden has to be a confident bet. You're betting the best team in the world vs number 11 at best.

Same goes for the mens tomorrow. Kevin Martin's team just don't miss shots. Sweden found that out yesterday. They hang in there until the other guys crack.
