I backed Canada at the start of things but they're well behind the states and to be fair I havent watched anything where the canadians have had a decent medal chance. Are there stacks of events coming up where they could catch up on the medals or was their low odds purely people punting on them as they were home nation?

Canada will get medals towards the end but even with proper projections they are now almost too far behind the US I think.
US looks like they'll pick up another two medals as we speak in the Super G. Gap is becoming too great. |

canada will probably win the men's and women's ice hockey and have good chances in both curling events but what other golds can they pick up ? speed skating maybe ? suprised their odds are so close to the US in the most golds markets.

Right now I think US is about 5 medals ahead of Canada.
Canada is supposed to pick up a few more medals in Speed Skating, a couple in skeleton, 4 in hockey in curling etc |

checked and Canada supposed to win several more medals in short and long track skating. Also a shot at a couple in Bobsled, figure skating and skiing.
