Last race at Parx , Mr Castillo had the race clearly won and was peeping to the horse coming on the outside and stopped riding his mount and got chinned right on the line , in Hong Kong a 6 Month Ban in the USA? nothing , not even one of their infamous "inquiries"

Yea, that's the horse , watch it closely again near the line he eases up COMPLETELY and gets done by the horse on the wide outside which he glances at a few times coming inside the last , he is NOTORIOUS for that mr Castillo one of the worst stateside and generally i tend to avoid anything he is riding
