Some muppet keeps suspending US races 2-3 secs befoe the finish tonite

Parx, Louisiana Downs and Prarie Meadows feed is well behind, BF and others seemingly have the fast feed

and liquidity non-existent because of it.

Countless instances of the market being suspended before the finish line tonight (Saturday) across a number of tracks for me. Anyone else have this issue?
