They ran 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule tonight because of the weather. Do you think they would make the live video feed available toward the end of meeting? Course not! However, the traders were able to turn the market in-play though. Support no help at all. Given the fact that there are just two US meets this evening with Turf Paradise called off, its really pathetic service all round from Betfair.

'it's out if their hands is the bog standard answer'. Well if they pay a third party to provide live video then get on to the third party and tell them to pull their finger out.  Or as the races are free to view anyway, leave the feed open all night, simple enough solution.....you'd think, but this is Betfair.

you'd think one of the brains would wonder why naff all traded on the later races.

Good point 'you'd think one of the brains would wonder why naff all traded on the later races'.

Trying to deal with support is like dragging blood from a stone. Everything working fine from their end. I'm giving up on it now. Not worth the hassle.

Shocking stuff, but obviously someone's still getting access to the LV

The other tracks that are forced run earlier to finish the meeting when the weather is bad, (Laurel Pk, Aqueduct, Penn, Mountaineer for example) there is never any issue, the live video feed is made available earlier, no problem whatsoever.

Killing thing is though, Parx is it biggest US fixture in terms of number of meetings and longevity throughout the year. As you said BestShot its shocking stuff.

Yeah and BF would rather cull Parx rather than sort the LV issue.

...here we go again

get on to the help desk and make sure someone of substance hears the situation so they can communicate with the 'third party' video supplier and ensure they know it's wholly unsatisfactory. Betfair are paying for it afterall.

Anyone else finding the live video feed behind a couple of seconds tonight? The market has been put in-play for both R1 and R2 before they left the stalls on the video. The were a 100/200 yards from the finishing line when the market was suspended in R2.

Parx has been like this all week, it's also become pretty much unplayable in-running.....they know almost every winner before they've turned for home.

The 'live' video is now even further behind.
