They ran 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule tonight because of the weather. Do you think they would make the live video feed available toward the end of meeting? Course not! However, the traders were able to turn the market in-play though. Support no help at all. Given the fact that there are just two US meets this evening with Turf Paradise called off, its really pathetic service all round from Betfair.
'it's out if their hands is the bog standard answer'. Well if they pay a third party to provide live video then get on to the third party and tell them to pull their finger out. Or as the races are free to view anyway, leave the feed open all night, simple enough solution.....you'd think, but this is Betfair.

Good point 'you'd think one of the brains would wonder why naff all traded on the later races'.
Trying to deal with support is like dragging blood from a stone. Everything working fine from their end. I'm giving up on it now. Not worth the hassle.

Killing thing is though, Parx is it biggest US fixture in terms of number of meetings and longevity throughout the year. As you said BestShot its shocking stuff.

get on to the help desk and make sure someone of substance hears the situation so they can communicate with the 'third party' video supplier and ensure they know it's wholly unsatisfactory. Betfair are paying for it afterall.
