Come on exchange. You’re fxxked with this. It won the race that people backed it to win. Take the hit and payout. Or are you going to hide behind the pathetic rules that don’t apply here anyway. The exchange used to be exempt from non runners crazy stuff. The deal was. If the horse you backed won the race you backed it in. You won. Or are you’re accountants that desperate to hide behind some bullshot rules to save yourself 2grand. Or like Johnson and Yorkshire cricket will you have the shame to stand behind some pathetic non rule

Correct. Exactly the same process as usual was followed for a horse running for purse money only. The blame here lies with the incompetence in California, not with Betfair.
