First the leading horse almost stopped at Parx R4 and then stormed back to win after trading plenty at up to almost 1000. Then the winner at Delta Downs R1 traded plenty at 1.01 only for the judges to call a dead heat, and then overturn the dead heat and give it to the 4. Fun times on USA racing!
