USA Racing - 8.50 Woodbine not cancelled on the off ?

I had unmatched bet to lay the favourite at 1.5, it was about 1.65 on the off and the Betfair SP was 1.6 sp how some of my bet get matched at 1.5 ?

Anybody else notice this.
