Race 7 at Mountaineer is a complete mess - Betfair got the saddle cloths and names all mixed up - missed the 2 out of the betting - and have settles the race by name not number??

This from Betfair - there support is weary. Such hard work trying to get anywhere - no mention of the 2 not being included -
" Card numbers are posted as a guide only: bets are placed on a named horse ". In which in this case bets will stand are per placed. Closed the case. Oh dear. |

There wasn't any selections missing, they labelled the 2 as 3, 3 as 4 and so on, leaving all horses apart from the 1 horse labelled 1 number higher than they should. I see BF get out of this in their Ts & Cs which state "CARD NUMBERS ARE A GUIDE ONLY . BETS ARE PLACED ON A NAMED HORSE."
