Anyone else having problems with this - unable to access last two weeks .

Have placed a few bets, but when you go to My Account, Betting Activity, Current Bets, Tote bets, Tote USA, it does not show recent bets, just those from months ago, so there is no way to get details of your exact bet. The best you can do is go to account statement where it tells you the type of bet and the stake, but you still have no idea of your selections. Too much of a pain to write down every bet, so I now do my tote bets elsewhere. I did email betfair, but they don't seem to care about the lost turnover and were no help.

Thanks- problem that I am having is that I am unable to place a bet- message on screen is ( You may be attempting to access Betfairs US Tote Product from a restricted country ) . I have been placing bets on US Tote for several years before this but now I am unable to do so. I contacted Betfair Help Desk but that was a complete waste of time.
