U.S. Tote pools...

have been unavailable since Saturday.  A notice from Betfair says they are aware of the problem and are doing their best to sort it as soon as possible.

I spent almost an hour on live chat on Saturday going around in circles because the person at their end  didn't have a clue.

Here we are at Wednesday and still no access available. Obviously they've put the notice up and forgotten about it and are doing nothing.
