22:29 at Woodbine put into play at least 9 minutes before the scheduled off, and it's late by a good 6 minutes.
Just symptomatic of the incompetence on many of the markets these days.

How was that first fav disqualified at Penn? An absolute disgrace of a decision. You couldn't make it up
First race Charles Town suspended after first lap of two.
WTF is going on. Went in to have a large bet on the winner at Charles T and the in running betting gets suspended after 2 furlongs. Disgarceful
First race at Penn tonight; oh look, not in play and no suspension.
