Having problems with loading live streams on betfair, in particular US raing, everything else runs fine, is anybody else having problems? sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't......

Monmouth won't load now. Clicking on 'Feedback' gets an error message.

Just spoke with them on live chat. They will 'escalate it' and let me know if the problem is solved.

They sent me an e-mail asking me to send them a picture of the video page and details of my computer.
Not being a techie I haven't a clue how to do that and don't intend to reply. To me it's their way of sluffing off the problem. I've tried accessing live feeds direct from some of the US courses that have always provided free livestream. For example ,Emerald Downs, and I get the same message ie the page won't download. As with other tracks it seems they have signed a deal with a betting company and the only way to watch is if you have an account with that company. It's unlikely that anyone outside of the US can open an account. Maybe Betfair have been blocked but the chat people haven't been told. In any event it's now becoming nigh impossible to play US racing, perhaps that's what the new owners of Betfair want. |

US racing streams seemed to have slowed down over the past few days
mountaineer is now on an 8 second delay. was about 4-5 secs. Presque isle has gone to at least a 10-second delay. was the same, about 4-5 seconds before. emerald has never been good, I doubt that will change. Not sure about Woodbine yet or Penn. Penn was the best of the lot but I'm sure they're all being delayed now. |
