Yep. I noticed this too. At the moment Betfair are refusing to change the settlement of the market, using this page at its results, https://www.tvg.com/racetracks/US/charles-town/Night/race-4. I'll be taking this up again in the morning but I suggest you contact them too to explain.
Did the same on a late race last night. 1.51 Charlestown they settled No.2 Victoria's Card as the winner - finished 4th
