By:
hmm, not sure about that, photo, wow
By:
Hi Risky!
By:
9 won, could be a long night

By:
I just missed that race at AQU.
By:
glad no one following me blindly

TAM R2
6 at 12.5. 8 at 11.5 |
By:
Also layed 3 at 3.2. Could have deteriorated since barn change.
By:
i've laid the 8, gl
By:
I took a hammering recently laying a 8.0 shot or something because I didn't notice the race was on turf, which I know is a very schoolboy error. It was a second time starter that had had a terrible debut on dirt.
By:
good shout by you, didn't see that at all
By:
Very unlucky. 8 could very easily have been terrible. Looked hopeless last time out at Gulfstream Park. I backed it because Gulfstream Park shippers sometimes fair much better at Tampa and I thought the barn change could do the trick.
By:
yes you were right, i probably would think about the gulfstream angle when it is turf, though it preferred the shorted distance evidently too
By:
aq r3 i'll just lay the favourite for a bit, it is very short and no point laying others at bigger prices, better choices will come later
By:
AQU R3
4 to finish top 3 at 1.33. Should be more like 1.2 IMO. |
By:
Actually, I got 1.3.
By:
haha dabbling in the place markets, i like it
By:
True. 8 did at Tampa did seem to die after 6f last time out at GP.
By:
yes, on another day i'd have been ok, just need to keep the discipline and not chase
By:
Yeah, I do now and again. :)
By:
as it is still early jan, the power of the resolution is still quite strong

By:
I mean I do dabble in the place markets sometimes.
I agree that the key's not to chase. All about keeping long-term perspective. |
By:
tam r3, laid 7, gl
By:
haha the power of the resolution. Oh yeah. didn't we say dabbling in the place markets was a good New Year's Resolution? Or you mean not chasing and keeping discipline?
By:
TAM R3
6 at 7.6. Not sure how the market has priced this one so big. Solid performance last time out. |
By:
both but for me the not chasing (along with not drinking too much and eating more healthily and losing weight of course!)
By:
I also, tempted by the lay of the 7. Big step up in class.
By:
I tried going back to the gym today. I was so lethargic. :( It's a start though. I did far too much drinking / eating junk over the Christmas period, so I've told myself I'm just drinking soft drinks when I go out tonight!
By:
2 could be different class, but fitness on return from layoff is the issue.
By:
yeah, the drinking bit went out of the window last night

By:
ahahaha
By:
Amazed by that result at Tampa. Could not have called that.
By:
yes, just glad i wasn't on the wrong side of that one. green shoots of recovery..
By:
Good lay of the 7. Not even close.
By:
Good lay of the 7. Not even close.
By:
I've got to admit, I was actually looking at the 3 at 22.0, thinking hmmm, I'm sure that could be worth laying! haha glad I didn't
By:
AQU
3 at 30.0+ 4 at 30.0+ 5 at 2.98. Weak field. |
By:

By:
