Lets go to the comission and launch a complaint?

According to the rules it states races will be closed at the off. Now as most of us can see, this is most certainly not happening. Whether it is due to a lack of funds put into feeds or a lack of care from the site. BF has lost its integrity for its operation of an exchange. For all we know they can be closing races at the best times for themselves. What I mean is when the exchange reflects the most lopsided profit for the seeders. This is why it is never consistent. How is this fair to a bettor to back a FAV and watch as the horse has terrible gate behaviour with no opportunity to rid yourself of your bet. Maybe BF does not care about what is going on and how awful the running of the exchange has been since may of this year. However the commission might see differently on this matter. Lets voice our opinion and get a response. Maybe BF will finally look into the matter rather than taking a blind eye. This imo is the last option for punters who want a chance to make money and not have to leave a site that has been run excellently for so many years. You cannot go on the live chat, they don't know what is going on. Has betfair come out with a statement saying our new policy is to close races 1 minute, 2 minutes, 30 seconds before the off, or 10 minutes for that matter. Nothing has been mentioned they just close races at there leisure. This has to be looked at by someone with some authority. I will be calling the commission and I suggest others start emailing and calling also. Lets not post on a forum that gets not attention and gets nothing done. Lets be proactive.
