Betfair does not care about its customers. They only care about making money. How many people here have emailed and sent complaints. What did they say. I have done all of this, but a group is better. Its sad because this used to be a site for horse racing that you could look up to and say it was a model. There choices certainly do not help anyone. And if its helps someone those ppl deserve the worst nightmare they can get.

Surely if they suspend early it costs Betfair money ?
I imagine the suspension is done manually. There is probably one poor sod doing the lot. He gets more stick if he forgets to suspend so no doubt errs on the side of caution. |
