Looked like jockey was trying to coast home but the fav rallied imo.
Too tight if you're not trying to win, imo of course.

IMO,
jockey on 7 was suprised the 1 horse was not 20 lengths ahead down the back straight.
Give his horse a few whips and it responded, got ahead of the 1 which was a suprise to him as he expected the 1 to go on and then soon realised he was about to mess up orders so immediatly stopped pushing the 7 waiting for the 1 to beat it on the line.
The 7 horse had responded to the whip - so why not use it?
Very dodgy IMO, very dodgy.
