Just had a win on Louisiana Downs 19.24 race.
One horse was scratched late ( Captain jinxjordan b)
My winnings were deducted 35% before commission when it quite clearly stated under the runners that 19.95% would be deducted on all bets laid before the scratch.
This is about the most blatant robbery I have ever seen !!!!!!!!!
I will copy this post to email and hope to get some answer.
Do these guys now sell PPI ??????
