I'm with you here Conk (and genuinely not because like you i backed the winner). I've worked in customer service all my life and if there is a mistake made by you and it costs the customer money it's in your business's best interest to rectify it all all costs....and at your cost. In the real world, if you don't you'll soon lose those valued customers and soon your business. In Betfair land however, they know they've got a virtual monopoly and however they treat us customers we'll keep turning up.

Race 6, 3 horse scratched but left in the betting by Betfair, then they suspend the betting about 5 seconds after they jump! If the bloke who's in charge of this meeting tonight is not on drugs he fkn should be! It's all ok though because no matter how many f uck up's we make we can just keep voiding things.

ladbrokes now operate an exchange and the more that move over the better ! you can even draw your cash at the bookies instead of having to wait a week for your dough and no charge for ukash as opposed to 2 percent on here !
betfair used to send me lots of free bets and perks but nothing anymore !
