Evening chaps. What is the rule Horts? Is it back the outsider at Penn?, One always seems to win there.

Rule ive been using for many years at any track as follows
Any horse race with 5 or fewer runners then back the 2 outsiders And if the favourite is odds on then lay that for a profit too You have to be patient but get some nice price winners |

Cheers I'll bear that in Mind Horts.Penn is a law upon to it's self of what I've seen of it. It's almost like virtual Horse racing at times.
