Penn R2 the 1 & 2 might not do each other any favours in this and the other quartet are use to running against better horses, so big first play, laid 1 & 2, dutched field, gl all

cheers jonhig, shame you departed when you did last night, put up my final three selections and they all collected in the space of 5 mins for a 51/1 treble which sent me to the land of nod happier than a lot of nights...!

#9 for me here, back to its old barn, either wire to wire or stalking, strange jockey booking though? do not like 7's barn switch. GL

Penn R4 the attractively named 6 is appealing and should set a good pace, will be hard to hold on though in the straight, think 2 and 10 will give it most to do, boxed them up in combos 2/6/10, gl all

cheers spiller/jonhig/MS, all Cork things appear to be hot at the moment, a big winner at Goodwood today in Missunited, Cork County there, now all we need is a decent football and hurling team...!

Penn R5 the 4 looks clear best, taking a drop in class, however you need to be prepared to put your faith in the bug to negotiate a clear passage, with only the 6 looking to want to be on the lead, it could get messy, at the prices happy to sit this one out, gl if you play

I laid the original winner and I have to admit I was lucky now looking at the longer replay....yes he bumped the second horse, but when you look at the rest of the race, the second horse had ample opportunity to balance and go thru the gap and wasnt good enough.

That is beside the point according to US rules Yankee Uniform, at most courses a brush and you are out, irrespective of how much better you may or may not have been going. As sydneykevin has highlighted in this case the horse seemed to be encouraged indeed coerced into making contact to ensure disqualification.

Definitely. Rancid if indeed it is true.

Understand that Cork.....I have been on the wrong side of those "brushes" previously and found it frustrating. Not sure about the coerced part though....but thats the joys of this game, everyone has a view.

Penn R6 the bug will be out to put right his error in the last race on the fav, but will do well to get 3 home, the 6 with Otero up should set the pace, just not sure it will last the mile, especially if 3 & 4 push it along, the 5 to run them all down for me, gl all

Opinions as you say YU, having viewed it umpteen times now it certainly looks forced to me rather than the horse drifting over, but its done now, so moving on, come on 5...cleanly please...!

If that race happened in sydney or anywhere in australia, 6 would be judged not good enough even got bumped, the jockeys would have their say in front of the stewards , also the trainers have their say then look at the video reply. The yanks seem to look at the video replay and thats it

big play for me on this #7, looks a new horse for the Brown barn, 7lb allowance bug and should get the ideal stalking spot from the outside to take over late. GL
