Why no Kentucky Derby?

Same question here.....wanted to back something but cant find it anywhere !!!!!

cant even get on the nanny goat ,what a bunch of trumpets

on purple,but they dont do churchill on here even the kentucky derby,pain.

I think it has to do with the deals that BF were trying to do in the USA, I vaguely remember that one of the conditions was that they couldn't offer the KD market any more - could be wrong on the details, but I think it's in the the right direction
